"One of the most impressive events on our island adventure was a dinner prepared in our kitchen by Cordon bleu.Owners Christine and Jean Jacques  have produced their culinay  art for more than 30 years throughout Europe and Caribbean islands.
Specializing in french,Creole and Caribbean island cuisine,the duo uses their culinary
expertise to create remarkable in -villa dining experiences.
the party began in the evening on the patio with champagne along with foie gras stuffed figs,coconut shrimp and wahoo tartar marinated in lemon  grass and coriander."
Dinner at the main table included veal with fresh spring vegetables,grilled swordfish finished with a yellow pepper sauce and lamb cutlets seasoned with cumin and yogurt sauce .Each course was delivered by the chef who descrived what we were about to eat, the inspiration behind the recipe and the wine pairing.When we reentered the main terrace where the dessert and after dinner drinks was served ,the kitchen was clean and the staff was gone."

my family is very difficult,everyone wanting something different.
Christine seems to always make the menue's interesting and finds something for everyone to enjoy.
my vacation is always better when someone other then me cooks.
staying in the villa for meals is easier for us and family

I have recently had the pleasure of enjoying several delicious meals prepared by Cordon Bleu.During my stay in St Bart's Christine and jean jacques Breteau shopped,cooked and served gourmet meals at our villa.after speaking to us to find out what our likes and dislikes were,and how we like to dine,they presented us with some great dishes even brougt the wine.
It made a big difference in our days spend there ,no time wasted shopping and cooking.
the casual,elegant way they presented the food and wine,and the clean up afterwards
was impeccable.
I would not hesitate to recommend them for three meals a day!

Christine and jean jacques have cooked after us several times in st barts.

the first time,was Christmas,we were a party of 13 people and frequents invited guest over the eight days that we spend here.

chistine cooked several menus every day as the children wanted different food to the adults.

our meals were delicious,and highly varied,from fresh seafood to delicious curry and steaks.

I strongly recommend their "fish a la tahitienne" and remain highly impressed by their knowledge of cooking and the variety of their menus.

we have get to repeat a dish,though love are many..I would like to try again!

Jean jacques and christine were charming always courteous,polite and helpful.

our children are very fond of them ,and I could not but recommended them to those who like good food with a "great atmosphere"
